Hi I am running a intel core 2 duo e4500. It is cooled by a stock cooler. I have overclocked it from 2.2ghz to 3ghz and changed multiplier from 11x to 9x. It runs stable tested using prime95 for while.
My temps are 48 degrees c idle and the max i saw was 65 degrees c
Are these temps safe.
Remember both cores were maxed out to 100% no games do that non stop like stress test does
