Is my friend interested in me romantically?

Does this girl sound like she may be interested in me as more than a friend? She is always dating boys and I'm pretty sure she is straight. However, she has kissed me on two or three separate occasions when she was drunk (with an open mouth), sometimes in front of other people sometimes just by ourselves. She told me that her boyfriends come and go but I am always there. She has said "home is where the heart is, and more often than not that's with you". She also said that we weren't lesbians (but would be together if we were) and were soulmates. One time when she was mad at me, she said she couldn't believe I upset her and that she would have stopped talking to her mom for me.

So, what's the deal, does she have feelings me or do straight girls in highschool just go through experimental phases? Or does it sound like she just cares about me as a best friend?

See, this is kinda a f*cked up sitch for you. Cuz I went through the exact same thing..my bff was SUPER close to me and always laid across my lap and told me she loved me and kissed me and all this stuff, then when i told her that i had feelings for her she freaked out and said that she didn't feel the same. We're still friends, but she doesn't feel that way about me. Soo, i'd be careful is i were you. It's kind of a 50/50 chance. So, it depends on whether you're willing to risk the friendship, I guess.
