Can anyone please help me? I have been keeping rabbits my whole life but have never bred them.
I put my doe with my buck 01/08/2010 and had really successfull mating. They appeared to really like eachother!
2 weeks later and she was already practicing making nests... collecting hay, pulling hair, growling a bit and digging in her bowl and around her cage.
Today is 03/09/2010 and still no kits?
She has made a lovely nest and sticks her head in it to make a dent, but this time no fur has been pulled. She is still more temperamental than normal, wanting me to stroke her but growling now and again, especially when i try to take her feed bowl at meal times. I haven't been feeeding her any more than usual and she certainly appears more plump. She is also white and noticed when she lays down, i can see her pink nipples. Is this a sign?
I keep worrying about her. She is eating normally but assumed if she was pregnant, she would have had them by now. Have i done anything wrong? Should i assume she isn't pregnant and put her back with the buck?
