...as a sex offender? i was reading te christopher handley case of whom was jailed for 6 months because he had comics, and i recently asked if this was an obscenity charge or child pornography charge, and it seems he could have faced 15 years in jail when im pretty sure the statute only alows a maximum of 10?? well anyway since he was convicted of this partular crime i think, did he have to register as a sex offender for life??? for comics??
