Our justice system is not run by a bipolar god that turns people into salt (sarah) or puts gays to death (leviticus 20:13) or sets a bear to kill a bunch of kids making fun of bald people. Honestly it is best to assume our justice system did very well WITHOUT RELIGION. Religion didn't do jack shit. Stop giving credit to an imaginary god, you are only wasting space.
So no, our justice system is moreover influenced by Greek and Roman cultures. The Roman goddess Justice, who is mostly seen in front of courtrooms and such, was influenced by Roman mythology. What did your god do again? Oh Wait he drowned everyone on earth. Sounds like genocide. Didn't this god also put a bunch of Egyptian babies through genocide?
