For example, in Korea, only "smartest" people can make into aviation university(yes, one is not pilot yet) They record every test and finally, only about 50 people can graduate from that University. There's only one aviation university, so competition is.........you can imagine that....
50 people per year. So they get hired easily and become pilot with HUGE HUGE pay.... they start FO in 737.... of course they get trained
