I guess it depends on how you word your question or your opinion. If you don't accept that other people may have a different opinion (if you insist that your opinion is the "right" opinion), your post may be considered a rant. Also, if you don't actually ask a question, your post may be considered a rant in some cases.
 
Well I think the real question should be, do you care about your health and safety and that of others, or do you just want to be "right"?

Unfortunately, there are a lot scam sites and scam groups that prey on chumps who just want to feel like they are "right".

They know that you do not have an education or a degree, so feeling like you know the "master truth" can be an hollow ego booster.
 
Absolutely not. Everyone should be concerned about what goes in their body.
