is removing the trackbars and swaybar still deem safe for a jeep yj?

installing my 4inch lift on my 93 yj tomorrow but heard removing the trackbars and swaybars make the yj ride better. the jeep is still my DD even though gas is sky high at the moment ha. do removing these 2 components make it unsafe to drive?

It will lean more in the corners and just not be nearly as happy on the road without these items on. Off road, the swaybars limit quite a bit. I would seriously consider leaving them in place for a couple of reasons. 1. The handling is not as good. 2. If you hit someone, how is it going to go in court when they show that you removed components from the Jeep that would have helped avoid a wreck?
