Is Rogers Experiencing Technical Difficulties? (ISP)?

We have Rogers High Speed Internet set up with our router. This had used to work perfectly until around August 25th, 2010. Now while playing online games, I get random disconnects that last usually only 30-90 seconds. Sometimes I have to reboot the routers and modem to get the internet back online. It happens randomly throughout the day, but once one disconnect happens, another 2-4 disconnects come along around 2 minutes after the first, second, and third, etc,

(Example: Playing game, disconnected, 50 seconds waiting + rebooting routers and modem, re connected, 2 Minutes later, disconnects again, reconnects (after 40 seconds + rebooting), 2 mins later, another disconnect. etc.)

Now I know there is nothing wrong with the router as i checked the IP addresses and made sure there were no conflicts in any other settings.

This has been happening with our cousins as well, around the same time as my disconnections. (they're with Rogers too).

If anyone has the knowledge or some type of fix for what is going on, then please explain as it would be much appreciated.

I'm currently trying to contact rogers as well.
