I wouldnt even seed normally, except for whats been seeded as I download, but I want to be a bit nice. So is 60% a good amount? Thats what I always aim for.

i wouldn't seed at all... depending what ur seeding people can track your ip... and steal information

keep in mind that if no one seeds no one gets anything. The best thing to do is seed more than you download, that way you are doing everyone good and you get faster downloads.
That said, pay attention to what the other commentor said. You WILL BE TRACKED! I read they do 100% of the time unless you get a good blocker like Peer Guardian and add the list of false bittorrent peers.
Also, never download or upload anything thats copywrited.
