Is Symbian Anna OS better than ?

Nokia has introduced Symbian Anna OS in X7.
But previously nokia N8 was Symbian^3 OS.
What is the difference between them ?
 
Symbian Anna will be the update of Symbian^3. Symbian Anna will improve Symbian^3 with a split-screen keyboard for easier text input (which the Symbian^3 lacks), a new Web Browser (from the very pathetic one from Symbian^3), enhanced security features, new icons, and improvements in the Ovi Maps.

You seem to have a lot of questions about the touchscreens of Nokia xD.
