canada and USA? or just it depends of the region? or UCC
well UCC is popular in Canada and USA why?

Around 1960, two mainline Protestant bodies merged here in the U.S. (I'm not sure about Canada): The Congregational Christian Churches and the Evangelical United Brethren. The resultant new denomination was named the "United Church of Christ." And yes, in general, it is one of the more liberal Protestant bodies in the U.S. There are certainly exceptions---there are pretty conservative congregations (though not as conservative as, say, any Southern Baptist church), and there are very liberal ones (though not as liberal as even an average Unitarian Universalist congregation).

And yes, the usual abbreviation for the United Church of Christ is "UCC."

I don't know why you're asking this question, but I hope that it's so that you can expand your knowledge of faith communities other than your own. If only we all did more of that!

Yeah, liberal protestant.
I am one so I should know.
And I know as well that there is no god.
Figure that out.
