I am seriously considering getting a new Jeep Wrangler, especially since they announced the employee price discount. I used to have a '98 Sahara which now I kind of regret selling, but with all the mechanical problems that jeep had, it put me in a pinch financially. Anywhooo, I am a 27 year old male in a relationship with no intentions to start a family for several years. I'm thinking of getting a 2 door Rubicon, but keep seeing a majority of Jeeps on the road as 4 doors. Is there something I may not be getting or are these Jeeps just "road" Jeeps with no intentions going off-roading? Aside from the manuverability and breakover angle, is there any other advantage to a 2-door? What are the advantages of a 4-door? Also, which Jeep do you prefer....the out-of-a-box Rubicon or build it yourself Wrangler X? For those who own a JK, how is the gas mileage treating you? I plan on using this as a daily commuter also(~60 miles). Thanks guys!
