is the at&t quickfire a smartphone?

a few hours ago i purchased the phone. so ill get it in a few days, and i don't want the crazy fees for a smart-phone. so i was wondering if the quickfire is a smart-phone. if you could answer this asap, i'd really appreciate it. thank you
 
it's not a smartphone..but if you purchased it as a "package" or "deal" there might be an extra monthly feature like a data plan that comes with the package. if that's the case when you receive the phone all you have to do is call and have it removed, and theres no fee.
