why would you want to work for an organization that traffics drugs so that they won't have to ask congress for money? The CIA even operates on American soil according to Governor Jesse Ventura. And that is illegal. They have little to no oversight from Congress or the President. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand does since it's espionage.
