Long question please read all of it, but if not --Short Question summary in Paragraph 3 :)

I go to Cal State Fullerton and am a dedicated Christian. On my campus is a church group known as Alpha Omega that is a part of the International Church of Christ (ICOC) Los Angeles, OC region. They do bible discussions "Bible Talks" on campus and offer individual bible studies to help people get that deeper relationship with god. They preach the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ as lord and savior, Evangelism, Prayer and Reading, Baptism, and Making daily decisions to live for God.

I've done my research into their doctrine and it seems to all be backed in scripture. (See Sources for doctrine) Then when i type in Icoc in google the #4 result is "Icoc cult". However, the majority of the stuff about them being a cult is about this guy named Kip Mcean and is over 5years old. I addressed this with two of their members separately (one leader, one not) and they claim to be avoiding the man and his group which is also on campus (Rise Christian Students/City of Angels/"whatever their new name is").

If this group is a cult they had me fooled. Does anybody see any holes in their doctrine or have personal stories or experiences with this group? The Orange County Church of Christ? International Church of Christ? Preferably recent stuff :)

I'm looking for serious answers about this very serious topic (my salvation). Please help me out. If you could find it in your heart to take the time to look over their doctrine it would be extremely helpful. If you don't know the answer or find this question interesting please star it so i can get more answers :)

...No Atheists please (unless you have something constructive to say, but otherwise please consider other questions to troll)

@NCR Veteran, Im practically green with rage haha

The interesting thing is they Preach Jesus, but is he the same Jesus is my question. They seem to have a pyramid scheme thing going which raises a red flag all over the place, yet they are heavily in scripture. There should be further research done on this sect of Christianity, before anyone start throwing rocks as Christianity is known for doing. God bless and the best thing to do is do what the bible says, " Test the Spirits". The problem with testing the spirits is sometimes it takes time before falsehood is revealed needless be Holy Spirit led.

If thier doctrine is based on the bible, then yeah, i see some holes in it....

I trust God with stuff. Especially stuff like that. You are in Orange County. You are not far away from Pastor Chuck Smith. Just drive down Fairview. The church is called Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa, and it started the whole Calvary Chapel thing. I know Pastor Chuck is getting on in years, I hope he is doing fine.

If you want pure Christianity, then listen to Pastor Scott.
