Is the LG lollipop 2 out in Malaysia?

Just wondering, this phone is pretty old now, well i have the LG ice cream that i bought in Malaysia back in April last year (2009) and i was wondering if the lollipop 2 is out in Malaysia now and if it will work in Australia? i mean just call wise not internet and whatever.
