Is the Tmobile Network down in Eastern idaho?

My phone says "NOT ALLOWED" everytime i try to make a call.

When I call myself it goes straight to voicemail.

I tried using my work line to call 1-800-Tmobile and the other Toll free number they give.

They both give me error messages.
What is going on?

Is it just me?

Or is something happening.

Im waiting for a few really important calls.

And i need my phone to work so I can recieve them.

Any information would be appreciated..
