I'm asking because I can't find the UFC show on spike tv or fx. I remember watching UFC cagefights on cable TV a few years back. Now it seems like UFC is all about pay per views.

BQ: The show were UFC guys coach and train guys who want to fight in the UFC, what is that show called?
Keyboard Warrior: What days and times? I never see it on cable.
Keyboard Warrior: Are the "Fight Nights" the cage fights that are shown on cable? I think so but I want to double check.

The UFC has left Spike TV. You can find UFC on Fuel, FX and on Fox. Ultimate Fighter is also shown on FX. Bellator is on Spike now.

The answer to your second question is: The Ultimate Fighter.

edit: It's never consistent. This season of Ultimate Fighter is shown on tuesday nights on FX at 9 ET. As for Fight Nights, I would keep up with future events. As I said they're never consistent. Bellator comes on, on thursday nights on Spike at 10P / 9C

edit: Yes, the "Fight Nights" are the ones shown on cable. Another thing, Comcast users are just getting ready to get the FUEL channel. Before it was only Direct TV customers who saw FUEL. So if you don't have the channel, thats why. If you have Comcast though you should be receiving Fox and FX.
