Super Easy Tasty Chocolate Cake
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
3 cups all purpose flour (I used half whole wheat flour, half regular)
2 cups sugar (I used half of it as brown sugar)
1/2 cup cacao
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups cold water
200g bitter chocolate
50g vegan margarine
Directions:
Heat oven at 180 degrees Celsius/ 356 Fahrenheit.
Mix together flour, sugar, cacao, salt and baking soda.
Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and mix well.
Pure into an oiled baking pan and cook for about 45 min until it's ready (check it with a knife see if the blade gets out clean).
Let cool a bit.
Prepare the frosting: break the chocolate into cubes, heat it in a small sauce pan with the vegan margarine on a medium heat. When everything melted, coat the cake with it. Let it cool one more time!
