Is there a fashion designing website or PC software like the android app...

...Fashion Star Boutique or GirlSense? I had an account with GirlSense Fashion Boutique online game but the website had closed down. Then, I downloaded XMG studio's Fashion Star Boutique app on my Galaxy Tab. I purchased a lot of content and was on the level of the game where I can already create a lot of design. But then the app got corrupted and I lost all of my purchases and content. XMG, no matter how much I updated, had refused to help me. I learned my lesson. So my question now is, is there stable website or a software program that I can purchase which is similar to GirlSense or Fashion Star Boutique? I prefer a PC program better, I can uninstall/reinstall if it became corrupt. I am not a good designer by drawing, I rely on the patterns and pre-designs and just matches fabrics and accessories. So if there is indeed a good software for me that is 95% alike the 2 I mentioned above, please let me know...
