Is there a fix or a patch for the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Multi touch?

Is there a fix or a patch to correct the problem with the multi touch on the X10 since every time you cross the X or Y axes the thing goes wrong. And playing games with this is pretty hard. If there is a fix for this please somebody let me know how to get this.
