Is there a jailbreak or unlock out for iPhone 5 6.1.3?

I want to jailbreak my iPhone 5 running version 6.1.3.I don't see any jailbreaking programs that are out yet.I only see the scams...I went to a phone shop,and the worker told me that he can jailbreak my iPhone 5.So looks like there is a jailbreak...I also want to unlock my iPhone 5 which is running 6.1.3 and is on Sprint.I saw online that there is Rsim7 and GPP unlock for 6.1.2 sprint but not 6.1.3.Does anybody know anything or can suggest anything for me?Thanks in advance!By the way my iphone 5 has a nano sim card and is cdma....
