is there a jailbreak yet for iphone 3gs 3.1.3?

I was wondering if there is a jailbreak for the iphone 3gs 3.1.3. I have been looking around and i cannot find anything. I tried to use the spirit jail break but every time i try it gives me error code: 149. I dont know what that means i tried looking it up as well. So can anyone give me some advice on when a jailbreak will be coming out and what the error code 149 on spirit means.

ps i do not care about unlocking i only need to jail break so i can try to teather with my phone again and put some good ringtones on my iphone
