My landline has been completely disconnected for quite a while now. However, this morning it rang. It only rang about 3 or 4 times and it really shocked me as i know we are disconnected. I got up to answer it and it stopped, I tried calling 1471 to see if it would let me check who called but I couldnt, it was completely dead!! Is there a logical explanation for this or is a spirit trying to contact me?
I dont want any silly answers, just wondered if anyone has ever had anything similar happen to them. Many thanks
Just to add some more detail.. I have called BT and they said there is no way anyone can phone me or my phone can ring as my telephone number has been disconnected and doesn't exist anymore. She even went as far as to tell me that maybe I imagined it ringing! I assure you I did not imagine it
