Is there a numeric texting app for iphone ?

I have an iphone and i hate texting on it. it takes a while to get used to ... the program on texting is different from t9 but if you mispell a word for example you write SIRE instead of SURE it will fix that automatically. its pretty smart with fixing mistakes but it rarely has word predictions
 
Hi al,

Im looking at getting a new phone, possibly an iphone. But i cant stand the qwerty texting on them, i really like the old school numeric texting with t9.

Does the iphone have anything like this that you can download etc.
