Is there a Nutrition (read vitamins) tracker?

I'm looking for a tracker / log where I can input what foods I've eaten and it can tell me what vitamins (not necessarily calories) I'm lacking in. If I can do it from mobile/android that'd be cool too.

TBH even a quiz that gives me a general idea would be okay. I've just been getting sick often and I'm wondering.

I'm testing that now. Any other ideas?
