Is there a problem with my semen?

I'm 26, and over the last year i have noticed my semen getting less watery and more solid. Some of it comes out thin, then i have thick clumps, usually the size of an uncooked grain of rice in diameter and length, and sometimes, the size is the diameter of an uncooked rice but can be as long as 3 grains. The color is white, and the clumps are white too, and they dont water down after 30 mins or so either, they just stay in clumps. I don't think it's an issue with hydration, but I dont know. I have tried searching for this and hydration is the most normal answer, and I am sexually active a lot, so it's not an issue with inactivity, anyone know what this be caused by? Thanks in advance.
