need to travel ABROAD (NOT cuba,)? iF A CUBAN THAT RESIDES IN THE US (permanent us resident) wants to travel to any other country but Cuba, for turism, what kind of passport do they need?, it seems that renewing the cuban passport seems lenghty and always focused on travelling TO CUBA, but what if the cuban person IS NOT travelling to cuba but anywhere else?, is there an easier kind of "not-to-cuba-passport?"
