Is there a Tmobile Sim that lets one store more than a mere 250 contacts?

Does anyone have that sim card or know where I can get one. I tried online on ebay. No luck ... Does anyone know how much they go for ..
i am constantly breaking my phones. I want to store all numbers in sim card.. but cannot as it only takes 250 contacts.. i have 500+
