I was trying to enlist a while back and was disqualified for further recruitment because i was diagnosed as ADD when i was a kid and was on medication. But i been off the medication of over 8 years now. I just did some reading on various places where in 2004 the policy regarding the handling of ADD recruitment. IT says that if they been of medication for a year, they need to be examined. And it also says they can only be disqualified if they been on medication in the past year. The MEPS official never even saw me, spoke to me, much less examine me. Is there anyway to appeal this, report the policy breach or something?
