Is there a way to "hard reset" a BlackBerry 7280?

I have an older BlackBerry 7280. The email and internet functions still work fine, but the phone isn't working. It calls, but I can't hear anything nor can the person on the other end hear me. Is there a way to do a hard reset that may fix it without sending it in for repairs. I've already turned it off for a few days and removed and replaced the battery.

Any suggestions?
