Is there a way to remove the hazy, yellow discoloration from the plastic headlights

on Ford vehicles? The plastic headlights on my 94 ford ranger are so cloudy and turned yellow to rust colored, and are al,ost 100 dollars each to replace..im looking for a way to remove it if its possable
