Just send a pic-text to your email address, and when you receive the email on your computer, save the photos in your picture folder. From there, you can sync photos onto iTunes. There should be a check box under photos when your iPod/iPhone is attached. This allows you to sync your photos from your computer onto your iTunes and therefore, onto your iPhone/iPod. That's how I've done it, though if your phone has a USB connector cord that you can attach to your computer, you might could just send the pics (and ringtones too?) that way.As for ringtones... still not so sure.
