Is there a tweak on Cydia that allows iPad users to run portrait-only iPhone apps with the iPad oriented sideways?
I like to have my iPad sideways most of the time so I can rest in on a table, my lap, or my chest when I'm lying down, using my Smart Cover. Though this isn't usually an issue, whenever I run certain iPhone apps, it can be annoying holding my iPad up. Also, some apps don't even turn upside-down, and since the charger plugs into the bottom, I have to tilt my iPad slightly sideways whenever I want to use one of these apps and charge my iPad at the same time.
My iPad is jailbroken, so I was wondering if there is any Cydiatweakk that lets you run these iPhone in portrait mode but with the iPad in landscape. If this doesn't exist, this is definitely something someone should work on. I understand it wouldn't work in 2x mode, at least not with my standard resolution iPad 2, but that's not what I'm worried about.
