Is there any app for the HTC Imagio (on Verizon) that's like/similar to Dragon

Dictation on the iPhone? My husband saw an ad somewhere for Dragon Dictation and thinks there must be something like that he can get on his Imagio? If you know of something,please don't just say something like "Yes there is";just provide links to sites with info on it. I was IMing with a friend while I'm posting this question and they told me about Voice On The Go but that's not going to work because you have to call a local # first and then say what you want it to do!! That's kind of stupid so if there's anything we can download to the Imagio and use like Dragon Dictation,please let me know!!
