Is there any data plan that works for t-mobile togo?

Is there anyway i can unlock an iphone (i know how to, not the question) and put a t-mobile togo prepaid card in it using a sim unlocker and be able to use a web access plan with it for EDGE? Basically, is there anyway to get a data plan on an unlocked iphone using a t-mobile togo prepaid sim card?
