Is there any smartphone that has Android and price under $100?

I'm looking for cheap Android smartphone but I only found like $130.. I know they have cheaper phone in China but I couldn't find any on internet... I'm only looking for real Android, not fake Android.
And I'm also looking for unlocked, and no like two-years contract.
