Is There Any Way To Factory Unlock An iPhone Locked to Telus Canada?

Hey, I bought an iPhone 4S and I need a factory unlock for it. It's currently locked to Telus Canada and I need it for Fido. I have access to the phone so I do have the IMEI number. I have found a website called theunlockshack but I'm not sure wether its trustworthy as it only costs $7. Are there any other websites that are reliable?
I bought it off of somebody else, meaning I am not the original owner.
