Is there anybody out there who would be willing to translate doujinshi for me?

I like reading doujinshi for my favorite pairings from animes (even though I hate that all of them are really only sex) but I have no idea how to read kanji and don't have the time to learn as I am already trying to learn two different languages. If you or somebody you know is willing to translate please contact me.

Also, don't send me information about a group I have to pay for. I really have no extra spending money at the moment.
