I've been researching culinary vacation organizations online, as I am a true foodie and simply love the idea of a cooking vacation! I've come across a few American & European sites and was quite impressed with the varied locations and activities offered.
This is such a new concept, however, and I'd really love to get more information regarding the way the whole thing works... For instance, how does it work when booking a reservation?(I'm a Canadian resident). How safe/reputable are these online companies? What if I'm traveling solo? And what is the general cost?
If theres anyone out there who has been on a cooking vacation, I would love to hear of your experiences from A to Z!
