Is there anything you can't make as well as your mom and it drives you nuts??

I am a pretty accomplished cook. I can mimic almost all of my favorite mom foods. I have a broad cooking repertoi, but I just cannot cook eggs as well as my mom. That woman can fry the most beautiful egg over easy, sunny side up that you ever saw. In a million tries I've only barely gotten close to duplicating it.

Anything that requires kneading. Pie crusts, breads, etc, are all out of my range of abilities......My mom used to say I had "heavy hands"!
