is there anyway to get jailbroken apps back onto an unjailbroken iphone 3gs?

I unjailbroke my iphone 3gs cause i want to be able to get the new update that comes out soon but now i cant get the apps that i jailbroke back onto the iphone. is there anyway i can get them back on to my phone? the apps are on itunes but when i try to add them it says they weren't purchased.
