I recently reformatted my computer and accidentally erased my iTunes library. Well, I plugged in iPhone to charge it and of course, it automatically synced my empty library to it. I still have all my apps, pictures, etc.. But I have no music whatsoever.
Is there any way i can reverse this?
Thank you.

EDIT: I found a "restore from backup" option. I am thinking this will work, no?
