Is there anyway to make ringtones for my RokR phone?

I don't think I have a web browser on it, and I tryed to put a made ringtone in a ringtones folder but it didn't work. Does anyone know anyway to do this?I should also mention that I have US Cellular, and not many ringtone sites offer much to them...
 
i use ventones to get ringtones and you can send them with a usb cable...hope this help!
