Is there more programs like WinRaR?

I play a game called World Racing 2. Some car authors have a automatic installer that comes in the .rar download to install the car its self. But once i click the .exe it does it all its self, and installs its self into the .rar, not the World Racing 2 dictionary like its suppost to! Is there another program I can try?

Extract the files with WinRar before you run the .exe. Then the files will get extracted to the new non-compressed folder.
