im planning to sell my used iphone 4 32 gb for 500-600 on ebay

it has been used for only 2 weeks
needs to be activated
camera works fine
internet works fine
cannot connect to itunes yet because it needs to be activated
usb has been used
charger used
earphone NOT USED YET

can i still sell my phone for 500-600?

That's like 300 more then it goes for brand new. You should sell it for about 100 less then new price so about $200.
 
Does it have scratches?

You wont get that much as you can buy them new in store for that much
 
It's 600 new if you have a contract with ATT and it's used so I'd go down to 450. That's a reasonable price i think.
