I want 2 lose about 8 kilos/ 16 lbs. I weigh 63 kilos and i am 5'4.5
breakfast- cereal, with 150 ml of skim milk
lunch- bagel and water
snack- special K bar or a fruit or yogurt
dinner- sandwhich or whaterver I am having at home but only less.
bike 15 mins every 2 days
300 sit ups a day
100 pushups a day
100 squats
dancing every friday and saturday
1 liter of water everyday
do u think this is a good diet? Any suggestions?
