Close one. You won't be upgrading with CJ2k from Ray Rice though. However, you're getting a better QB, a TE1, and a decent receiver. Are you the one proposing this trade? If so, is it because you lost in week 1? If these players will complement the rest of your lineup... do it! RG3 would be equivalent to ray rice if her were to consistently put up numbers as he did in week 1.
