Is this a real Lincoln Penny Collection?

I bought a "Sate hood Lincoln Penny Collection" at a garage sale. It looked interesting because I've never heard of it before. I can't seem to find any information on this anywhere, so I'm not sure if this is even real. It's a collection of 50 pennies, 1 for each state. Each penny has the state engraved on it.

If anyone has any information on this please let me know. Thank you

well they made quarters with the 50 states on em, so I guess they could do pennies too.
 
The pennies are real, but the state engravings are not the work of the U.S. Mint.
